While the deal is not yet officially completed, the Rockets will also receive two second-round draft picks from the Kings while they will send guard/forward Alonzo Gee to Sacramento.

The 36-year-old Terry began last season with the Brooklyn Nets but wound up being traded to the Kings right before the trade deadline. Because he was recovering from a knee injury, Terry never suited up for the Kings during his brief tenure there.

In 35 games this past season, Terry averaged a career-low 4.5 points and 1.6 assists per game.

He will likely be a reserve/backup guard to Patrick Beverley in Houston.

Gee is a five-year NBA veteran who will already be playing for his fourth team. This past season, he averaged 4.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.
