“The Bachelor” Finale Preview: Chris Soules Chooses Engagement Ring

ABC/Craig Sjodin(LOS ANGELES) — Chris Soules’ time as the star of The Bachelor is coming to a close, and it looks like it may end with a proposal.
However, in an exclusive clip from Monday night’s finale, it’s clear that when he picked a ring, he wasn’t sure who to give it to.
“I think that any man that’s ever proposed, if you didn’t sit and question, ‘Is this the one that you’re meant to be with for the rest of your life?’ then I don’t think you’re a human,” Soules said. “Should I even go down that road? Should I even let myself make a decision like this in the type of crazy state of mind I’m in right now?”
During his time on the ABC reality show, Soules narrowed down his choices to two: Whitney and Becca. Both women, in the clip, admit to having strong feelings for him — and, apparently, flew to his hometown in Iowa for the final taping.
“I can’t think of a better place to be right now in making one of the toughest decisions I’ve ever had to make,” he said.
