According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, there were 408 medical calls on Saturday night out of the approximately 135,000 attendees. Most of the calls were minor, but one person died.
It was not immediately clear what the cause of death was for the victim. Three people died at last year’s event, the Las Vegas Sun notes.
Temperatures during Saturday’s event hit a high of 113 degrees. Festival organizers offered free water at hydration stations in an effort to prevent dehydration.
