Arrests Made in Nava’s Burglary

IDAHO FALLS — Idaho Falls Police arrested 19‐year‐old Faustino A. Anaya of Idaho Falls for possession of stolen property in connection to the burglary that occurred at Nava’s Shoes on Lomax early last week.
Police also arrested a 17‐year‐old Idaho Falls boy for burglary.
According to reports, officers took a burglary report on June 24 at Nava’s Shoes, located at 191 Lomax. During their investigation, officers determined that the 17‐year‐old boy broke into the business and stole boots, clothing and other items valued at $2,650 from the store.
During an execution of a search warrant at Anaya’s residence in the 1200 block of Lake Street where the 17‐year‐old boy was staying, officers found Anaya in possession of items stolen from Nava’s Shoes.
