REXBURG – Brigham Young University-Idaho is selling almost everything from three housing units set to be demolished.
A “dorm blowout sale” is underway until Saturday and BYUI officials say everything except exterior doors, door knobs, windows and fire extinguishers are being sold to the public.
Perkins Hall, Kerr Hall and Barnes Hall, all women’s dorms, will be demolished next year. The land formerly occupied by those buildings is set to become student parking, according to news release.
The sale is being held at each of the individual dorms from 12-6 on Thursday and Friday and 10-4 on Saturday. Prices range from $25-$125 for items like fridges, tables, love seats, cabinets and more.
Officials say there’s no limit to how much a person can purchase but all sales are final.
