Rexburg police investigating multiple apartment burglaries

REXBURG — Police are investigating after three apartments at different complexes were burglarized over the weekend.
A man called officers on Dec. 24 saying someone entered his Mesa Falls apartments and stole electronics and medication. Detectives say it appears the thief entered through the front door and searched the apartment after the tenants had left.
In another incident, reported Dec. 27, Rexburg Police responded to Jordan Ridge apartments after a Brigham Young University-Idaho student reported several items were missing.
The same day police were called to The Ridge apartments where a student reported several items had been taken from an apartment.
Detectives are investigating the thefts and remind everyone to lock your doors when leaving your home or apartment.
