POCATELLO — A local woman was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly fleeing from police around midnight Thursday.

Police reports show Jennifer Noel Clark was stopped by a Pocatello Police officer at Custer Street and Buchanan Avenue for an expired registration violation. As the officer was completing a citation, it was discovered Clark had multiple warrants for her arrest.

At that point Clark fled from the stop in her vehicle with a child under the age of 18 who was in the vehicle with her.

The officer observed Clark turn from North Lincoln Avenue onto West Bonneville Street where she crashed her vehicle.

Clark was taken into custody at that point without further incident and booked into the Bannock County Jail. She was charged with felony eluding and misdemeanor injury to a child for endangering the child. She was also cited for driving without privileges, according to police reports.

There were no injuries as a result of the crash.
