Richard Rex Allen, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 26, 2020, at MorningStar Senior Living Center. He was under the care of his loving family and Encompass Hospice.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2020, at the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to services at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
