Richard “Dick” Douglas Westover, 79, of Humble, Texas, formerly of Idaho Falls, passed away May 5, 2021, at the VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Ammon Cemetery, 5226 East Sunnyside Road. Military rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and the Idaho Honor Guard. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road.
