Idahoan Foods introduces flex-staff positions starting at $15 an hour

IDAHO FALLS — Idahoan Foods is introducing flex staff positions to help accommodate workers who have school, childcare or other responsibilities.

The part-time positions start at $15 an hour and will begin March 1. Idahoan hopes to hire more than 25 flex team members in its Production and Packaging departments, along with 40 full-time employees.

“We look forward to inviting even more community members to, as we like to say, ‘Come Join Our Table,’ even if they aren’t available to take on full-time work schedules,” said Kristie Ferriell-Beck, Vice President of Human Resources at Idahoan Foods. “Whether you’re a college student, working parent or even a recent retiree, we have work available, when it works for you, your family, and your life.”

Employees hired for flex staff positions will be paid for training and there are opportunities for advancement, according to a news release from Idahoan. You can apply and find out more here.
