E. Ray Laminack “RatzO” Beloved Son and Dear Friend was called away all too soon to serve a higher purpose. Ray passed away on September 27, 2021, following a sudden respiratory illness. He was 60 yrs. Old.

We will be honoring Ray aka “RatzO” with a Celebration of life luncheon at First Baptist Church 90 W Kelly Ave. Jackson, Wyoming on July 8th, 2022, 11am to 2 pm to visit with family and friends and share precious memories.

Ray was born to Ray Laminack the II (deceased) and Caroline Howell from Texas on May 28th, 1961, in Norman, Kansas. As early as can be remembered young Ray loved to draw as it was his passion. His father Ray II introduced him to Ed “Big Daddy” Roth and the Rat Fink from an article in Hot Rod magazine. From there he loved this Hot Rod form of Art and became an incredibly talented Rat Fink artist.

Ray was raised in a strong Christian family and his knowledge of the scriptures was a true blessing to him and all who would listen to his knowledge when sharing the scriptures. He had a unique way about him and the way he shared the messages of the Father and our Saviour. He has helped so many people who truly needed his guidance during troubling times in life. Ray and his mother Caroline were always helping others less fortunate. They shared Christ’s love for humanity.

After High School Ray enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served his country for 13 years. He started out as Pfc Laminack and completed his service as Sergeant with an honorable discharge.

Ray decided to settle in Southwest Arizona where he purchased a home and setup shop. He had a multiple of jobs including antique furniture repair, armored car driver, school maintenance and working for a Church organization. Having been retired early he took advantage of creating a new image and essentially a new life for himself. He started his own business called Screw Brain Graphics where he continued to create his moto RatzO and use his artistic talents to create his own Rat Fink art.

He truly loved his Rat Fink friends and would always attend Rat Fink Reunion in Manti, Utah every year without fail. Each year he always had something new to share and would make awards out of old saw blades and toilet seat covers.

Ray “RatzO” was very devoted to the people he loved and would do anything to help out a fellow comrade. He lived an honorable Christ like life and was dedicated to his Mother Caroline. Ray is dearly missed by all who were fortunate to know him. RatzO will forever be in our hearts and will never be forgotten. Ray always said. “Fink fast! Life changes in an instant!” Fink on!
