It is with heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful family member and friend, Kevin Don Higgins, at the age of 56, on August 19, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. He passed peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. Kevin will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
