Man dies in Payette County crash

The following is a news release from Idaho State Police.
Idaho State Police are investigating a single vehicle fatality crash that occurred at 6:03 pm on Tuesday on Sand Hollow Road and Southeast 8th Avenue in Payette County.
A 36-year-old male was driving a 2005 Ford F150 Northwest on Sand Hollow Road, when it drove off the right shoulder and hit an irrigation system. The vehicle rolled onto Tunnel Road onto an embankment where it came to rest.
The driver succumbed to his injuries on scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
Tunnel Road was blocked for approximately three hours.
This incident is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
