POCATELLO – The My World Discovery Museum, in partnership with the Museum of Clean, is premiering its newest exhibit Saturday.

It’s called Junior Vet Clinic, and will kick off at 11 a.m. It’s a hands-on, interactive exhibit designed to inspire young minds and educate visitors about the important role of veterinarians and animal care. Kids can step into the role of veterinarians, engaging in hands-on play as they care for animals and learn how to keep them healthy.

Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animals to the grand opening. They can make a collar for their stuffed pet and create fun crafts, including adding bandages to their toys, to enhance their experience.

To make the opening even more memorable, visitors will also have the chance to interact with live animals, including dogs brought by the Pocatello Animal Shelter, as well as an adorable pig from Alta Animal Hospital for a fun meet-and-greet.

Alta Animal Hospital, known for its dedication to exceptional veterinary care for local pets, is funding the exhibit as part of its ongoing commitment to promoting animal welfare and community education.

The grand opening will go until 1 p.m. Children and adults are invited.
