Mike Jaun Miller
April 21st, 1935 - August 22nd, 2025
Mike Jaun Miller our beloved husband, father and grandfather at age 90 passed away August 22, 2025, home surrounded by his loving family. Mike was born April 21, 1935, in Miles City Montana to Ann and Daniel Miller. He had 9 siblings; His parents traveled for work so that meant Mike spent most of his life traveling all over different places. He met Nita Geymont and got married on July 13, 1956, in the Masa Arizona temple. They moved to Durango, Colorado, where they had their daughter Joy. They moved to Idaho and lived on Hatch Creek where James, Josh and Eunice were born. His wife Nita passed away on May 26, 1964. He then re-married two years later and had Thomas, Jared and Steven. He moved up to the Nabob mine in Salmon in 1980 where he tried his hand at mining and selling firewood for a living, He married Bernice in 1982 and gained two more children, Andra and Nephi. Mike was an entrepreneur of all skills. He was an amazing mechanic (had his own shop in Montana) fabricator, rancher, logger (he built many cabins), equipment operator and welder. Mike was known for always being a very humble, kind and a selfless man. Mike was always a very good provider for his family. Family was always very important to him. Mike loved hunting, fishing, horseback riding, mechanicing and being outside in nature. He was loved so very much and will forever be missed by so many. His legacy will continue to live on by his 44 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and his 3 great-great-grandchildren.
