Arlen V. Pilkington, 65, of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away on September 13, 2025. He was born on April 14, 1960, in Lapwai, Idaho, and raised in Shelley, Idaho.

He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and later worked as a police officer in Rexburg, Idaho. He was also a dedicated karate instructor and helped many local youth through his involvement in opening a recreation center.

He had a love for adventures and spending time with his family. He was always ready to share his strength, encouragement, and wisdom with those who needed him most.

He is survived by his children: Janeal Huerta, Desiree Rowbury, Elijah Pilkington, and Christine Germain; his grandchildren: Isaac, Joseph, Dominic, Gabriel, and Ava, along with several other grandchildren. He also lovingly welcomed several friends of the family as honorary children, serving as a guiding and supportive father figure to many. He is also survived by his former wife of over 25 years, Donna Pilkington, with whom he shared many years of love, family, and memories.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Randall Pilkington and Dorothy Pilkington; his twin sister, Arlene Demille; and his son-in-law, Daniel Huerta Jr.
