Isabel Norma Wheeler, 83, of Idaho Falls, passed away, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at her home. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Milo Church, 12127 North 75th East. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, and one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.
