Milissa Leonard
August 19th, 1979 - December 2nd, 2025
Milissa Dee Ann Leonard, beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and wife, passed away on December 2nd, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She made her home in Idaho Falls, where her warmth, generosity, and unwavering devotion to others touched countless lives.
Milissa was the heart of her family. She was a woman who loved deeply and gave selflessly—offering help, comfort, and kindness even when she had little herself. Her grandbabies were her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Milissa also found happiness in the simple, meaningful parts of life: cooking for those she loved, gathering with family, and creating a home filled with laughter and love.
She is survived by her husband, Nathanial Leonard, and her children: Jericho (Tiffany) Clifton, LeAnna (Tyler) Turner, Rebbeca Highsmith, and Frederick (Rachell) Highsmith. She is also remembered with love by her grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A funeral will be held on Friday, December 12, at 1:00 p.m., followed by services at 2:00 p.m., at Buck-Murphy Funeral Home in Idaho Falls. Also, a wake will be held on Sunday, December 14, at The Elks Lodge in Idaho Falls at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend and honor the life of a woman whose compassion and love made the world brighter.
Milissa will be deeply missed, but the legacy of her generosity, strength, and boundless love will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
