Shane Lee Strange
July 25th, 1983 - May 29th, 2026
Shane Lee Strange, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the age of 42. Shane was born on July 23, 1983, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Valerie Diane Atchley and Micah Shane Strange.
When Shane was in his youth, he enjoyed riding bikes, baseball, swimming, ND baseball card collecting – later in life he became a social butterfly enjoying the bachelor life – being the life of the party wherever he was. He met hundreds of people and had lots of friends who enjoyed his company. He had a contagious smile and the rowdy one of the family. He had a sensitive side that he didn’t show to everyone.
He is survived by his dad and stepmom; Micah and Evelyn Strange, sister; Tiffany (David) Mottor, nephew; Mason Mottor, half-brother; Kodie (Bella) Vance, grandparents; Gary and Bonnie Strange, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mom; Valerie (Atchley) Vance, grandpa; William Atchley, grandma; Gwendolyn Tracy, uncles; Kevin and Steven Strange.
