COURTROOM INSIDER | Young Idaho mom charged with murder. Did vaccines kill her twins?

Tonight on “Courtroom Insider,” Andrea Shaw gave birth via emergency C-section to premature twins. In May 2025, she took them to the doctor for their 18-month checkup and vaccinations.
Eight days later, both twins, Dallas and Tyson, were found dead in their shared bed.
Shaw blames the vaccines for their deaths and is the lead plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Last month, days after delivering her third child, Shaw was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder. She is being held on $2 million bond, and a hearing will be held Tuesday as she requests to have the amount lowered.
Tonight her attorney, Joe Filicetti, joins Nate Eaton to talk about the case and why he firmly believes the deaths were a medical event – not a crime.
