IDAHO FALLS — Mannheim Steamroller will return to eastern Idaho this holiday season as its annual Christmas tour makes a stop at the Mountain America Center on Tuesday, Dec. 15.

The concert begins at 7 p.m., with tickets going on sale Friday, July 24, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Created by Grammy Award-winning musician Chip Davis, Mannheim Steamroller is celebrating more than 40 years of its annual Christmas tour, which organizers say is the longest-running concert tour in the entertainment industry. The 2026 tour kicks off Nov. 11 and runs through Dec. 30, with two traveling ensembles performing in cities across the country.

“I remember when I came out with my first Christmas album in 1984 followed by our first tour. Back then, many in the music industry said focusing on Christmas just wouldn’t work,” Davis said in a news release. “Now, more than 40 years later, we are still going strong. I want to thank our fans for making us part of their holiday tradition.”

Davis founded the independent record label American Gramaphone and has sold more than 41 million albums during his career, including more than 31.5 million Christmas albums. Mannheim Steamroller’s holiday music continues to rank among the top seasonal albums each year.

This year’s show will feature many of the group’s signature Christmas classics performed by 15 musicians playing more than 20 instruments. The performance will also include multimedia effects designed to create an immersive holiday experience. Davis will direct and co-produce the tour with ICON LIVE.
