You have to see this! FedEx driver puts out fire his van started on someone’s front yard

JUMPING INTO ACTION — A FedEx driver has gone viral for stepping into help after sparks from his delivery van started a fire on someone’s front yard.
The incident happened on Aug. 14, 2026, in Jones, Oklahoma. A home security camera shows sparks from the FedEx driver’s van land on a person’s yard. Within seconds, a small fire starts burning along a strip of grass closest to the road.
Not long after the fire started, the delivery driver appears on the camera as he runs to the owner’s front door. The FedEx driver knocks on the door but doesn’t wait for anybody to answer. Instead, he immediately makes his way over to where a hose is at, turns it on and begins spraying the fire.
At some point, a man from inside the house walks out and sees what’s going on.
“We’ve got a fire,” the FedEx driver says to the man.
“I see that,” the man responds before walking closer to check it out.
The delivery driver was able to stop the fire from progressing further.
Viewers have praised the delivery driver for stopping and helping put out the fire, with some even saying he should be given a raise.
“Props to the delivery driver for catching it and putting it out,” one comment reads.
Another viewer wrote, “It’s nice to see someone being kind to others with nothing to gain for themselves just knowing you did the right thing.”
