Then to the Tyler Robinson case in Utah. He’s the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University nearly a year ago. Robinson will be back in court Tuesday for the final part of his preliminary hearing and the judge will decide whether there is enough evidence to advance the case to a jury trial.
Nate will preview the arguments from the prosecutor and the defense.
