Day 3 of Lindsay Clancy jury deliberations, big decision for judge in Tyler Robinson murder case

The jury in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial went home Monday afternoon after spending nearly 17 hours over three days in deliberations.

Nate Eaton talks with Grace Wong, who has been at the courthouse and has covered numerous cases over the years. Could there be a hung jury in the Clancy trial? We discuss.

Then to the Tyler Robinson case in Utah. He’s the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University nearly a year ago. Robinson will be back in court Tuesday for the final part of his preliminary hearing and the judge will decide whether there is enough evidence to advance the case to a jury trial.

Nate will preview the arguments from the prosecutor and the defense.
