Violet, Acorn and 8 more pets need a place to call home

This week, Snake River Animal Shelter and Teton Toyota are highlighting 10 animals – five dogs and five cats — available for adoption.
Among them is Violet, a female, four-year-old German shepherd mix. Acorn, a 4-month-old shorthair female cat, also needs a good home.
To see the shelter’s inventory or learn more, stop by the Snake River Animal Shelter at 3000 Lindsay Boulevard in Idaho Falls during regular business hours. It’s open from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. It closes at 5 p.m. on Saturday. You can also visit the website or call (208) 523-4219.
