Police seeking disabled vulnerable man

IDAHO FALLS — The Idaho Falls Police Department is searching for a missing disabled vulnerable adult, 54-year-old Francis Avila. According to caregivers, he has the mentality of a child.
Police tell EastIdahoNews.com Francis was last seen in the 900 block of Hoopes Avenue at about 6:30 p.m. Friday.
He was wearing a white t-shirt and grey shorts and may not be wearing shoes.
Anyone who has seen Francis is the last hour or who is aware of his current whereabouts should call police dispatch at (208) 529-1200.
