Meet Nuka. He’s our Pet of the Week

Nuka, a four-year-old husky, is our Pet of the Week.
Of all the animals at Snake River Animal Shelter, employees say Nuka is third in line for being there the longest amount of time.
Staff describe him as a typical husky who loves adventure. He’s a good trail buddy who loves riding in the car.
While he cannot be with small animals, he is well-behaved around kids and would make an excellent family dog.
To meet Nuka or learn more stop by the Snake River Animal Shelter at 3000 Lindsay Boulevard in Idaho Falls during regular business hours. It’s open from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. It closes at 5 p.m. on Saturday. You can also visit the website or call (208) 523-4219.
