From the milk bottle to the ice cream tub, I got a taste of the action at Reeds Dairy
Published at | Updated atEastIdahoNews.com is learning what it likes to do different jobs and today, I’m Workin’t It at Reeds Dairy.
I paid a visit to the new production building in Idaho Falls, where the milk is processed and the cheese and ice cream are made. Nick Spells, the production director, showed me part of the milk bottling process. I got to see how it’s labeled and put into crates for delivery.
Spells also explained the ice cream production process and I helped put it in tubs that are sold to customers.
