Frank Stallone Enters Rehab for Alcohol Abuse
Published at(RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif.) — Musician and actor Frank Stallone — the younger brother of Sylvester Stallone — checked himself into rehab at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, over the weekend to get help for alcohol abuse.
Stallone’s manager, Randi Siegel, tells People magazine in a statement, “With the support of his friends and family, Frank is taking a much needed break from his professional activities to regroup and focus on his health and well-being.”
The statement continues, “This opportunity will enable him to move forward in his career from a solid foundation.”
A rep for Stallone’s famous brother stated, “Sylvester Stallone supports his brother’s decision and this process.”
Frank Stallone is best known for the song “Far From Over” from the Saturday Night Fever sequel Staying Alive, which was directed by Sylvester Stallone.
