I understand that, if I am employed, my employment with the Company is at-will. This means that my employment with the Company is completely voluntary and for an indefinite term, and that I may terminate my employmnet or the Company may terminate my employment relationship at any time for any reason, with or without cause or advance notice. The at-will relationship may be limited by the specific terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement or written personal services contract.

I understand that, if I am employed by Riverbend Communications, I will be asked prior to commencing employment with the Company, to sign an agreement to arbitrate any disputes that may arise between me and Riverbend Communications regarding employment with the Company.

Once hired, employees are required to establish their identity and eligibility to work in the United States by completing INS Form I-9 not later than the third day after beginning work.
