Ann Marie Forrester

Ann Marie Forrester, 89, of Idaho Falls, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital. She was under the care of Aspen Hospice.

Ann was born on September 14, 1935, in Hailey, Idaho, and was the daughter of Elva Obenchain Mallory and Martyn Mallory. She graduated from Twin Falls High School and Twin Falls Business College. She married Bob Forrester in 1956, and they were married for 68 years. Over the years she worked as a secretary at Idaho State University, Argonne National Laboratory, and Idaho Falls Business Management Service. She retired in 1996.

She enjoyed reading, working in the yard, camping with Bob and his relatives, and spending time with her grandsons. She also enjoyed many long walks with her husband.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Forrester; her daughter, Julie Jacobson of Idaho Falls; her son, Kelly Forrester of Littleton, Colorado; and grandsons: Ryan Jacobson and Josh Jacobson.
