Bart Grover McBride
April 13th, 1958 - October 20th, 2026
Bart Grover McBride, 68, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 20, 2026, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Bart was born April 13, 1958, in Ashton, Idaho, to Ray James McBride and Ila Katie Grover McBride. He grew up and attended schools in Ashton, and graduated from Madison High School. He graduated from Eastern Idaho Technical College, where he was Student Body President.
Bart worked as a Environmental Engineer for the INL, managed Peaches Pets for 16 years, and later worked as a carpenter alongside his son.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing all types of instruments with a special passion for the saxophone, and had faith in Christ.
Bart is survived by his daughter, April (Steve) Cardona of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Corey (Christa) McBride of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Cristy (Seth) Smuck of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Felisha McBride of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Brandee Jo McBride of TX; daughter, Annjulea Papke of Pocatello, ID; brother, Ryan (Rosalee) McBride of Rexburg, ID; partner, Cherry Marcon; and 15 grandchildren, he love and was so proud of them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Ila McBride; brother, Don McBride; sister, Lana Stoddard; and granddaughters, Tiana Cardona, and Kamber Cardona.
