Connie Herbert, 65, of Ammon, Idaho, passed away August 15, 2021, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 20, 2021, at Ammon Stake Center, 2055 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
