Obituary
DeAnn Jensen
February 13th, 1956 - January 17th, 2025
DeAnn passed away on Friday Jan 17, 2025, at home with Jay by her side.
DeAnn loved her family and loved the family ranch here in the Lost River Valley. She loved the farm life. Her days were spent in the tractor in the field caring for the animals. She was at home here in the valley but loved seeing the world aboard cruise ships with her family. DeAnn was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and loved working at the temple for many years. She always looked forward to this weekly task.
DeAnn adored getting to know all the kids in the valley with all her years of driving the school bus to being a 4-H leader. DeAnn loved watching life events with dad, especially when one of her kids or grandkids was participating. Mom and Dad would travel however far to watch the grandkids in a dance recital, a rodeo, a basketball game, volleyball, cheerleading, it didn’t matter what, she loved watching. Mom’s pride and joy was her house. She was a meticulous housekeeper and took very much pride in her home.
She is preceded in death by her parents Dwayne and Dorothy Nef. She is survived by her husband Jay Vaughn Jensen, – Jason (Jessica) Jensen – Rosevelt, UT, – Charlotte (Kirk) Robertson – Arco, ID, – Drew (Erin) Jensen – Moore ID – Natalie (Jarod) Ashton – Arco ID – LaNae (Shad) Nalder – Acequia ID – Andy (Holly) Jensen – Moore, ID and Karl (Stephanie) Jensen – Casper WY. – 30 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.
