Dr. Philip Dawson Affleck, 88, of Ammon, Idaho, passed away February 21, 2020, at Bingham Memorial Hospital.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Ammon 4th Ward, 3000 Central Avenue. The family will visit with friends Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and Saturday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
