January 7th, 1970 - May 30th, 2026
Joseph P. Vouch, 56, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, while recovering from a recent surgery.
Joe was born in Washington, D.C., on January 7, 1970, the beloved son of the late Stephen D. Vouch and Joyce F. Vouch Tomcho.
Joe’s kind soul, friendly nature, and simple view on life endeared him to all who knew him. He loved camping, fishing, and cooking, which he enjoyed at an early age while spending time with friends and family in Rockville, MD; Deep Creek Lake, MD; and at the family’s property in West Virginia. He continued his love for the outdoors when he moved to Idaho to be closer to his family. He always had a smile on his face, made friends wherever he went, and would help anyone who needed it.
Joe is survived by his brother Stephen M. Vouch of Bellevue, ID, and his three sisters, Marci A. Brooks of Jacksonville, OR, Jeanene M. Parker of Hailey, ID, and Elizabeth Robin Stellers of St. John’s, FL, and Bellevue, ID. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Vouch, and sisters Christine Vouch and Cynthia Sable.
Joe will be laid to rest in the Hailey Cemetery in Hailey, ID, alongside his beloved Mother and Father. A small family gathering will be held at that time.
