Lilyann Celest Birrer, 2, of Idaho Falls, passed away Friday, August 4, 2023, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 11, 2023, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 2055 S. Ammon Rd. in Ammon. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls. Interment will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
