Phyllis Eileen Keller
February 29th, 1928 - February 6th, 2025
Phyllis “Eileen” Keller was born on February 29th, 1928, to Harley and Mabel Collins in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She passed away quietly in her sleep on February 6, 2025, at the age of 96. She was the eldest daughter of seven children. Siblings are Leroy, Raymond, Olive “Dean”, Doris, Elizabeth “Beth”, and Tom
She married Richard V. Keller on Christmas Eve, 1947. They had 7 children Gene “Ralph” Keller, Sybil (Frank) Williams, Christine Reed, James “JK” Keller, Phyllis (Michael) Pekala, Aaron Keller and Michelle (Lloyd) Youngblood; 16 Grandchildren, Kimberly, Michael M., Richard, Angela, Teri, Darrel, Adam, Kristi, Tony, Jennifer, Lindsay, Autumn, Cortney, Michael R., Cruz and Philip; 30 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
She was a Christian and a member of the First Baptist church in Idaho Falls. She worked at Sears for 30 years in administration and retired as the personnel manager.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three siblings, four children, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Buck-Murphy Funeral Home on Friday, February 14th at 11:00am with graveside services to follow. Friends and family will gather after services for a luncheon at the Eagles in Idaho Falls at 1:30pm. A viewing will take place the night before on Thursday, February 13th between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
