Richard Howard Kremer, 80, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 25, 2026, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue in Idaho Falls.
