Rosalie Mae Park
November 6th, 1932 - May 31st, 2025
Rosalie Mae Thompson Woolstenhulme Park, our beloved mother, grandmother,
great-grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully at home. Her
journey on this earth came to a gentle close but her legacy of warmth, strength and joy will
continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Rosalie was born on November 6th, 1932, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Ralph and Valeda (Leavitt)
Thompson. Her parents brought her home to 6 older siblings. When she was 3 they moved to
Victor, where Rosalie lived her whole life.
Rosalie graduated from Teton High School in 1950, where she met Hal Woolstenhulme. After
graduating, they married on October 10th, 1951. Together, they had 6 children, Brent, Lane,
Jana Lie, Bart, Lance and Holly.
Rosalie was a remarkable woman who’s hands were always busy. She was a talented artist who loved to paint. She created beautiful artwork of the Teton peaks and wildlife.
Rosalie was later married to John Park in 2002 and they enjoyed 14 happy years together before John passed away in 2016.
Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, both husbands and Grandson, Nathan.
She is survived by her children, Brent (Donna), Lane, Jana Lie (Ignacio) Orduno, Bart (Julie),
Lance (Debera), and Holly (John) Foster, as well as 22 grandkids, 52 great-grandchildren and 3
great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Victor LDS Church, 87 East Center Street, Victor, Idaho 83455, Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The family will visit friends and family Friday, June 6, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:45 both at the church. Interment will follow services at the Victor Cemetery.
She leaves behind a large and loving posterity that she was very proud of. A growing legacy of
children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who carry on her love and values.
We will miss her dearly but we take comfort in knowing that her love continues to echo in every corner of our lives.
