Sandra “Sandy” Gay Winger, 59, passed away March 20, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

A gathering will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
