Steven Jay Bradley
August 18th, 1947 - December 10th, 2025
Steven Jay Bradley, 78, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 10, 2025, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Steve will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Steve was born August 18, 1947, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Wallace McGary Bradley and Bertha Johnson Bradley. He grew up and attended schools in Shelley and graduated from Shelley High School. He also attended Rick’s College.
Steve served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
On June 20, 1972, he married Renee Houck in Montana. They were later divorced.
On October 31, 1980, he married Linda Preece in Idaho Falls. Steve and Linda made their home in Idaho Falls, where Steve worked as a utilities supervisor for the Department of Energy at Argonne.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed camping with his family, riding horses, and riding his motorcycles. He loved his family very much.
Steve is survived by his wife, Linda Bradley of Idaho Falls, ID; sons and daughters, Spencer Bradley, Travis Bradley, Taya Moore (Todd, deceased)(Rick), Greg Hart (Lisa), Holly Cole (Dwight), Niki Hansen (Larry), Angela Gibbens (Eddie), Cory Hart (Sara), and Sean Hart; sister, Janice Morris; and 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Wallace Kenwood Bradley, and Betty Jo Simpson; and son-in-law, Todd Moore.
Burial will be in the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026, with Military Honors performed by the Bingham County Veterans Memorial Team and the Air Force Honor Guard. A Celebration of Life will follow from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at The Brickyard, 1025 South Ammon Road.
