Report: Britney Spears Rejects ‘X Factor’ Offer

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Britney Spears may have priced herself out of a job with The X Factor.

Last week, published reports indicated that Spears was mulling a $10 million offer to become a judge on Simon Cowell's singing competition.  However, TheWrap.com claims she rejected that proposal three weeks ago, and is seeking $20 million for her services -- a number that Fox reportedly won't touch.

TheWrap.com says Spears is now exploring the possibility of doing a concert residency in Las Vegas, much like Celine Dion.
