Heavy Rains Soak Idaho Falls

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Heavy rains soaked much of eastern Idaho on Tuesday, especially in Idaho Falls.
The storm hit at around 7:30 p.m. filling streets and parking lots with more than a foot of water in some places.
The storm produced small hailstones as well, but no major damage was reported.
Isolated thunderstorms are expected for most of the region through next Tuesday.
