E. Idaho Residents Head to Joplin Mo. for Disaster Relief

(IDAHO FALLS) – Just hours after a massive tornado ripped through the streets of Joplin, Mo, emergency responders from around the country mobilized to help those in need. Here in eastern Idaho, some families are already on their way including those who call Joplin their hometown. Local News 8 reports that at least one family from Idaho Falls is heading back to help their relatives recover. Others around the region say they’re trying to contact their family members effected by the destruction.
