The following is a joint press release from the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office and Ketchum Police Division

KETCHUM – On the morning of 10-27-15 the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office and the Ketchum Police Division served two search warrants in Blaine County.

They were assisted by Detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) of Boise, Idaho. The first search warrant was served at 11 Blue Bird Circle, a residence located south of Bellevue, Idaho. The second search warrant was served on a business located at 391 Walnut Street Ketchum, Idaho.

The suspect, Craig H. Lee, age 47, was not at either location when police served the warrants. Later that day, Lee was located and arrested on a Blaine County warrant for two felony counts of Male Rape. A bond in the amount of $200,000 was set.

From the investigation, detectives believe Lee is a partner/partial owner of the business, Tater Tots, a children’s apparel store in Ketchum. The other owner of the business is not a suspect and is cooperating with law enforcement.

Evidence indicates Lee allegedly sexually assaulted a 13 year old boy on or about September 9, 2015 at the above business, occurring sometime after store hours. Detectives seized evidence from both locations which will undergo expert analysis at a later date. This case remains under investigation.
