AirAsia 8501 Missing: Timeline of Events

iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — AirAsia Flight QZ8501 disappeared on a flight from Surabaya, Indonesia, to Singapore, on Sunday morning with 162 people on board. The last report from the jet was the pilot requesting to change the flight plan because of weather, the airline said. Here’s a timeline of events:
