Zooey Deschanel Is Engaged to Jacob Pechenik

Patrick Ecclesine/Fox(NEW YORK) — Zooey Deschanel has had a very exciting 2015 so far!
The New Girl star is not only pregnant, but she’s also engaged to her boyfriend, Jacob Pechenik, her rep confirmed to ABC News.
The actress, 35, and her producer beau, 42, revealed earlier this month that they’re expecting their first child.
“Jacob and I are over the moon,” she said at the time to People magazine. “We are so excited to meet our little one.”
The happy couple began dating last year, and he accompanied her to the Emmys last August.
And while this is their first child together, he or she will have a new friend right from the start. Her sister, actress Emily Deschanel, is also pregnant.
