According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Texas, Frederick Ramon Robinson, 45, was arrested on Tuesday. He allegedly posted messages on various social media websites, including Twitter, voicing such opinions as, “if white people hate ISIS so much, then I like ISIS. The enemy of my enemy is my friend #chopthemheadsoff Amerikkka is the Black Man’s Foe.”

The complaint also alleges Robinson posted a message saying, “I say, don’t hesitate — start shooting in their cars. empty whole clips. find them at home and fire bomb it. anything., do something.”

The investigation led the U.S. Attorney to photographs Robinson posted of guns he owned and online videos in which he demonstrated how to load firearms. Robinson, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says, is a convicted felon, and is therefore prohibited from possessing firearms.

If convicted, Robinson could face up to 10 years in prison.
