Ammon Man Arrested for Grand Theft

IDAHO FALLS — Idaho Falls Police arrested 37‐year‐old Jeremy A. Leavitt for grand theft after he stole more than $6,000 from his employer, Potandon Produce.

Leavitt of Ammon was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on Thursday.

According to reports, officers responded to Potandon Produce, 1210 Pier View Drive, in regards to an employee theft. The business had discovered that Leavitt had made unauthorized cash advances totaling $6,684 on the company credit card. The cash advances were made between June 22 and July 8.

The Idaho Falls Police Department arrested 34 people this past holiday weekend.
