Police make arrest after packages reported stolen

IDAHO FALLS – Police arrested at least one person in an Idaho Falls burglary Tuesday evening.

Idaho Falls Police tell us they received a tip that multiple packages were stolen

IFPD was on the corner of 17th south and Sviskon when they made the arrest.

Chad Bateman says he witnessed the whole thing and notified police.

“(We saw) them taking my neighbor’s package (and) several other neighbors packages (and) they got arrested,” Chad Bateman told us.

Idaho State Police was also involved in the arrest.

Suspects’ names have not yet been released. We will post more information when it is available.
